I understand some people maybe put off by using my services due to the following but I am forced to post such a message due to the increase of bad behaviour from customers:
Due to the large number of people dumping their items on me after quoting an item or failing to pickup item after repair (this behavior causes my business to suffer and cause other repairs to be delayed for no reason), I will now be charging the minimum fee of $70 upfront which is non refundable (my time is valuable to me). This is to cover my time lost repairing or quoting on a item. Deposit will be required for parts ordering or full payment for specialised parts if over $100 of value. Customers who request jobs done immediately (now) is classified as a expedite a repair $70 min fee plus $70 expedited repair total fee of $140.
I am no longer matching other stores prices or quotes.
I am a proffesional and I used quality parts, I do not use cheaper LCD's or Batteries that could be used by other stores with their cheaper prices.
I do not offer fast turn around timeframes (eg 30 minute repairs), I handle products with care and take all reasonable proceedures with handling when repairing an item.
I have been recieving alot of products with previous damage by other stores or pop up so called technicians and I am not responsible for this damage.
LCD's may crack or fail when removed are not my responsiblity, i take all due care to remove them and some may fail due to previous handling or damage.
Notice of customer behavior:
I am a Professional and expect to be treated like one.
I will not tolerate people of abusive behavior, aggressive or attempting to obtain goods and services by deception, fraud (pretending to be another person), treats (physical or by treats to publish bad reviews etc. (example 1 star google or bad social media reviews) or bring in a item for a simple repair then expecting me to replace/repair items damaged by previous repairs attempts by other people (example: getting a battery replacement and expecting me to replace a cracked/damaged LCD that fails on opening.), people who dont show up to appointments without any notifaction they are not comming, people who demand fast repairs then dont return within the timeframe as stated without any notification (if you done this to any other profesional you would be charged a fee.).
If you are told to leave the premise/property you must leave at once.
this kind behaviour will incur a automatic ban for my services and have the deferred right to access removed to my business and associated properties.

Most repairs are started the Same day of receipt or Next day dependence on work load.
We will ensure to have your item repaired as quickly as possible and we will keep you updated on the progress and keep you well informed if any delays on the service.

In most cases a machine that is running slow maybe a sign that your hard drive is failing or you may have ram issues. We can look at upgrading your system with a SDD (solid state drive) or upgrading your RAM increasing capacity and speed. We can also look into other causes such as other hardware issues and thermal issues.
